Lowest
Installed Cost!!!
Our technical department concentrates on giving you the
lowest installed cost, which is true to the cost of the
job. Your lowest cost is not necessarily the lowest bid.
Our technical department works to keep your overall costs
down by focusing on the following:
- Spotting
Design problems and situations that
will not work before they reach the field.
- Consultation
with project architects and/or engineers to solve problems discovered with plans during the
bid process.
- Designing for the most cost-effective
installation process by simplifying
areas that may cause installation problems for the
framer where possible.
- Reducing
material needed on jobsite for permanent
bracing with designs requiring less lateral bracing.
- Fast
turn-around of shop drawings due
to our extensive front end work done during the
bid process.
- Consultation services available with both the
contractor and the framer to assure concerns are
addressed prior to fabrication when needed.
- All fabricated
products are clearly and precisely marked for proper identification in the field and to match
furnished shop drawings.
- State-of-the-art
equipment used in the fabrication
of supplied components for accurate fit to members,
tight joints and properly embedded connectors.
- Constant
in plant inspection for compliance with project engineering designs and project requirements.
- Accurate
Roof and Ceiling Planes. Precision
jigging and set-up, computerized cutting equipment,
trained workforce, quality inspectors, means less
field problems.
- Quality Certified! We pay inspectors
(SPIB) to inspect
our inspectors to insure you receive what you pay
for and to reduce your risk of call backs and future
liability problems as a result of poor quality.
- Proven Track Record. 45 years of continuous operation with a dedicated,
industry knowledgeable and stable work force ensures
you top quality and service and the most reliable
products in the industry.
- State-of-the-art
design and engineering software to ensure accurate roof plane and ceiling plane
input. This helps with spotting problems that were
missed during the design phase of the project.
- All truss designers are WTCA
TTT training certified and receive
continuing education to improve the reliability
of our products.
- Should
problems occur. Our in-house technicians
are available for consultation to remedy any problems
in a short time frame.
